About the South Central Regional Airport Authority (SCRAA)
Clark Regional Airport is operated by the South Central Regional Airport Authority (SCRAA), formed in 2014, and is governed by Indiana’s Local Airport Authorities Law which appears in Indiana Code § 8-22-3. The Board is comprised of:

- Dan Gregory, Vice President
- J. Greg Dietz, Secretary/Treasurer
- Kevin Baity, Board Member
- Benjamin Riggs, Board Member
Clark Regional home to 131 based aircraft and is the 6th largest in the State of Indiana. The airport supported 53,000 operations (takeoffs and landings) last year. This is the 4th busiest General Aviation Airport in the State of Indiana.
The vision of the South Central Regional Airport Authority is for Clark Regional Airport to be recognized as a vital, self-supporting transportation link contributing to the improved economic climate of the region.
The mission of the South Central Regional Airport Authority is for Clark Regional Airport Authority to provide safe, quality corporate and general aviation facilities that aid the economic health of the region.
The South Central Regional Airport Authority Board meets the fourth Wednesday of every month in an Open Session at 12:00 pm at the South Central Regional Airport Authority office at 6003 Propeller Lane, Sellersburg, Indiana. There is also an Executive Session prior to each meeting at 11:00 am which is closed to the public. If the date, time, and/or place of a regularly scheduled meeting is changed, notice of such change will be posted at the SCRAA Office.
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 8-22-3, minutes of each meeting are available for viewing at the SCRAA offices, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
