About the South Central Regional Airport Authority (SCRAA)
Clark Regional Airport is operated by the South Central Regional Airport Authority (SCRAA), formed in 2014, and is governed by Indiana’s Local Airport Authorities Law which appears in Indiana Code § 8-22-3. The Board is comprised of:
- Thomas Galligan, President
- James Baker, Vice President
- Dan Gregory, Secretary/Treasurer
- John Secor, Member/Airport Manager
- Greg Dietz, Member
Clark Regional home to 109 based aircraft and is the 6th largest in the State of Indiana. The airport supported 44,430 operations (takeoffs and landings). This is the 4th busiest General Aviation Airport in the State of Indiana.
The vision of the South Central Regional Airport Authority is for Clark Regional Airport to be recognized as a vital, self-supporting transportation link contributing to the improved economic climate of the region.
The mission of the South Central Regional Airport Authority is for Clark Regional Airport Authority to provide safe, quality corporate and general aviation facilities that aid the economic health of the region.
The South Central Regional Airport Authority Board meets the fourth Wednesday of every month in an Open Session at 12:00 pm at the South Central Regional Airport Authority office at 6003 Propeller Lane, Sellersburg, Indiana. There is also an Executive Session prior to each meeting at 11:00 am which is closed to the public. Below is the schedule of meetings for 2017:

If the date, time, and/or place of a regular meeting is change, notice of such change will be posted at the SCRAA Office.
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 8-22-3, signed minutes of each meeting are available for viewing at the SCRAA offices Monday through Thursday from 9:00 – 4:30.
